Qualifying Marks: 40% (UR) and 33% (SC/ST) in each paper.

Current Scenario (After Merger)

Although the designation “Postmaster Grade I, II, III” is phased out, the syllabus content remains applicable for departmental exams of:

• Lower Selection Grade (LSG) — for PAs/SAs

• Higher Selection Grade II (HSG-II) — for LSG officials

• Higher Selection Grade I (HSG-I) — for HSG-II officials

All these exams follow the same postal, financial, and administrative syllabus base.
