1️⃣ Selection Method

• Merit-Based Recruitment → No written exam

• Selection is **entirely based on marks obtained in Class 10 (Matriculation)

Important: Computer knowledge and local language proficiency are mandatory but not scored; they are eligibility criteria.

3️⃣ Other Selection Criteria

1. Local Language Proficiency: Must read, write, and speak the local language of the applied circle.

2. Computer Knowledge: Must have a minimum 60-day basic computer training certificate from a recognized institution.

⚠️ If you do not have the certificate, your application will be rejected even if your 10th marks are high.

4️⃣ Tie-Breaking Criteria

If two candidates have same total marks in 10th:

1. Candidate with higher marks in Mathematics gets preference

2. If still tied, higher marks in English considered

3. If still tied, older candidate gets preference
