Fellowship of the Insurance Institute of India, Mumbai.

Preference may be given to candidates with:
MBA (Marketing) or
PG Diploma in Marketing from a recognized institute approved by AICTE.

Candidates applying under the Employee Category must meet the following work experience requirements:
Urban Areas:
Minimum 4 years of experience as an Agent or DSE/FSE,
Plus achievement of a net first-year premium income of at least ₹100,000 on 50 lives per year in any 3 of the immediately preceding 4 financial years.
Rural Areas:
Minimum 5 years of experience as an Agent or DSE/FSE,
Plus a net first-year premium income of at least ₹1,00,000 on 50 lives per year in any 3 of the preceding 5 financial years, with a total net premium of ₹5,00,000.
No prior experience required.
Candidates must fulfill standard educational and age criteria.
