You can apply online for the SSC JHT (Junior Hindi Translator) exam by following these steps:

Step 1: Visit the Official SSC Website

Step 2: Registration Process (For New Users)

  • Click on the ‘Register Now’ link under the Login Section.

Fill in the Basic Details:

  • Name, Date of Birth, Mobile Number, and Email ID.
  • Enter the OTP received on your mobile/email to verify.
  • Create a Username and Password.
  • Save your Registration Number and Password for future logins.

Step 3: Login to Your Account

  • Use your Registration Number and Password to log in.

Step 4: Fill the SSC JHT Application Form

  • Go to the Apply Section on the homepage.
  • Select ‘Others’ and click on ‘Junior Hindi Translator Examination’.

Fill in the required details:

  • Personal Information (Name, Gender, Category, etc.)
  • Educational Qualification Details.
  • Preference of Exam Centers (Select 3 centers).

Step 5: Upload Documents

  • Upload Scanned Photograph (20–50 KB, JPEG format).
  • Upload Scanned Signature (10–20 KB, JPEG format).

Step 6: Pay the Application Fee

Application Fee:

  • General/OBC: ₹100
  • SC/ST/PWD/Ex-Servicemen/Women: No Fee (Exempted).

Payment Modes:

  • Online: Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, UPI.
  • Offline: Generate SBI Challan and pay at any SBI branch.

Step 7: Submit the Application Form

  • After verifying all details, click Submit.
  • Take a printout of the application form and payment receipt for future reference.
