Step 1: Visit the Official IBPS Website

Step 2: Click on the CRP RRBs Section

  • On the homepage, click on CRP RRBs in the main menu.
  • Look for the link that says "Click Here to Apply Online for CRP RRB Office Assistant (Multipurpose)".

Step 3: Registration Process

  • Click on New Registration
  • Press the “New Registration” button to start the application process.
  • Enter Basic Details
  • Provide your name, email ID, and mobile number.
  • A Provisional Registration Number and Password will be sent to your registered email and mobile number.
  • Save the Details
  • Note down your registration number and password for future use.

Step 4: Fill Out the Application Form

  • Personal Information : Enter details like name, date of birth, category, address, etc.
  • Educational Qualifications : Fill in your graduation details, year of passing, and other qualifications.
  • Work Experience (if applicable) : Mention previous work experience (though not mandatory).
  • Exam Center Preference : Select your preferred exam centers for Prelims and Mains.

Step 5: Upload Documents

Upload scanned copies of the following:

  • Photograph (20–50 KB, JPG/JPEG format).
  • Signature (10–20 KB, JPG/JPEG format).
  • Left Thumb Impression (10–20 KB, JPG format).
  • Handwritten Declaration (50–100 KB, JPG format):

“I, (Name), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true, and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required.”

Step 6: Pay the Application Fee

  • General/OBC: ₹850/-
  • SC/ST/PwBD: ₹175/-

Payment Mode:

  • Pay using debit card, credit card, or net banking.
  • Download and save the payment receipt for reference.

Step 7: Submit the Application

  • Carefully review all the information entered.
  • Click on “Final Submit” to complete the process.

Step 8: Print the Application Form

  • Download and print your application form and e-receipt for future reference.
