1. Nationality

A candidate must be:

• A Citizen of India, or
• A Subject of Nepal, or
• A Subject of Bhutan, or
• A Tibetan Refugee who came to India before January 1, 1962, with the intention of permanently settling in India, or
• A person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries (Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, etc.), and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India.

Candidates under (2), (3), (4), and (5) must have a certificate of eligibility issued by the Government of India.

2. Age Limit (as of notification date)

• Minimum Age: 18 years
• Maximum Age: 28 years

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized university or equivalent.

Proficiency in Local Language:

Computer Knowledge:

• Basic knowledge of computer operations is desirable.

4. Work Experience

• No prior work experience is required for the Office Assistant (Multipurpose) post.
