You can apply online for the IBPS Clerk Exam by following these step-by-step instructions:

Step 1: Visit the Official Website

Step 2: Click on the IBPS Clerk Notification Link

  • On the homepage, click on CRP Clerical Cadre under the CWE Clerical tab.
  • Look for the link titled “IBPS Clerk Apply Online” (available once the notification is released).

Step 3: Register Yourself

  • Click on “New Registration”.
  • Fill in the basic details such as: Name, Mobile Number, Email ID, Security code (captcha)
  • After submission, you will receive a Registration Number and Password on your registered mobile number and email ID.

Step 4: Fill the Online Application Form

  • Log in with your Registration Number and Password.
  • Complete the application form by providing : Personal Details: Name, Date of Birth, Gender, Category, etc.
  • Educational Details: Degree, University, Year of Passing, etc.
  • Preference of Banks and States: Choose your preferred bank and state/UT.
  • Double-check the information entered before proceeding.

Step 5: Upload Documents

  • Upload the following scanned documents in the prescribed format:



Note for Handwritten Declaration:

“I, [your name], hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true, and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required.”

Step 6: Pay the Application Fee

  • General/OBC: ₹850
  • SC/ST/PwD: ₹175
  • Payment can be made through Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, or UPI.

Step 7: Submit the Application Form

  • Review all details carefully before clicking “Final Submit”.
  • Download and print the application form and fee receipt for future reference.

Step 8: Receive Confirmation Email/SMS

  • After successful submission, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with your application details.
