Steps to check the official notification

1. Visit PNB’s official website: [pnbindia.in] (go to their Recruitments / Careers section). 

2. On the website, locate the “Careers”, “Recruitment”, “Notice for recruitments / careers” or similar link. 

3. In that section, look for a PDF/advertisement titled something like: “LBO Recruitment 2025 – Notification”, “Local Bank Officer (JMGS-I) – Detailed Advertisement”, etc.

4. Download the notification PDF. Read it fully. It typically includes: eligibility criteria, number of vacancies, pay scale, selection process, important dates (start date of application, end date, exam date), state-wise details if applicable.

5. Note the exact important dates: start of online registration, last date to apply, exam date, admit card release date, etc.

6. After the notification, there will usually be a link “Apply Online” (when registration opens). Ensure you only apply when the link is active and you satisfy the criteria.

7. Keep checking for any corrigendum or updates on the same “Recruitments” page (sometimes details or dates change).

• Eligibility: Age range, educational qualification, any state-wise/local language proficiency requirement.

• Vacancy details: How many posts, which states/locations, category-wise distribution.

• Pay scale / salary: For example, for LBO in similar banks the pay scale starts at around ₹ 48,480 basic for JMGS-I.

• Application process & fee: Online application, fee for different categories.

• Selection process: Online exam → interview → local language test or other stages.

• Important dates: Application window, exam date, admit card release, last date of print/verification.

• State-wise language requirement: If you apply for a particular state, the local language proficiency may be required.

• Instructions for application: Documents to upload, photo/signature size, etc.
