Common Eligibility Requirements

• Educational Qualification: Full-time degree such as BE/B.Tech in any stream, MCA, or for some roles MSc/ME/MTech (typically in Computer Science/IT). 

• Batch/year of passing: Fresh graduates from the eligible batch (for example “2021 passing out” or “2022 batch only” depending on the drive). 

• Minimum Academic Marks / CGPA: Often ~ 60% or equivalent in graduation and sometimes for diploma, though some drives list 50% in certain cases. 

• Backlogs: Generally no active backlogs at the time of the selection process. 

• Academic Gaps: Often limited or no gap allowed between educational milestones (for example X → XII → Degree) or specified “no gap within milestone”. 

• Flexibility: Willingness to relocate to any location, work shifts, or across technologies/domains as per business needs. 

Notes & Additional Conditions

• Some roles may specify “open for all branches” (for engineering degrees) while for post-graduates the specialization may be restricted (e.g., IT/CS) in certain drives. 

• Service Level Agreement (SLA) / bond: Some drives mention that candidates should be open to sign a service agreement at the time of joining.
