Welcome to Spardhaguru

Steps to Apply Online

  1. Go to Wipro’s official careers site: Visit the “Careers” or “Early Careers” section.

  2. Search for relevant roles: Look for tags like “Freshers”, “Off-Campus Drive”, “Elite/NTH”, “Project Engineer”, etc.

  3. Select a job / drive that matches your qualification, batch year, and location.

  4. Read the full notification carefully: Check eligibility criteria (batch year, degrees, marks, backlogs), role type, joining location, CTC (if mentioned).

  5. Apply via the portal:

    • Click on Apply for the selected job.

    • Create a candidate account (if required) or log in.

    • Upload your resume, fill out required academic details: 10th, 12th, graduation, etc.

  6. Submit your application before the deadline. Double-check your personal info, academic percentages, and eligibility.

  7. After submission:

    • You should receive a confirmation email.

    • Keep an eye on your email and the portal/dashboard for further instructions — test admit card, test link, interview schedule.

  8. Prepare documents: Even though the test comes next, ensure you have scanned copies of mark sheets, identity proof, resume, etc ready in case you clear the test.

Additional Tips to Keep in Mind

  • Make sure your batch year and degree/stream match what the drive is targeting (for example, 2024/2025 batch B.E/B.Tech) which is often specified.

  • Ensure you meet no active backlogs (or as specified) and your academic gap(s) are within allowed limits.

  • Use a professional resume highlighting your relevant projects/internships/key skills and academic details clearly: many drives assess projects and basic technical knowledge beyond just aptitude.

  • You can also join the talent network or set alerts on the Wipro website to get notified as soon as new drives open.

  • Because freshers drives fill quickly, apply as soon as you find a notification you’re eligible for.
