Eligibility Criteria

Examination Pattern

  • Mode: The examination is conducted in an open book format.

  • Papers:

    • Paper I: Financial Rules and Procedures, Bookkeeping.

    • Paper II: Practical Application of Financial Rules.

  • Duration: 3 hours per paper.

  • Maximum Marks: 100 per paper.

  • Qualifying Marks: Candidates must achieve a minimum of 45% in each paper and 50% aggregate to qualify.


Salary Details

  • Pay Level: Level 8 (₹47,600 – ₹1,51,100) as per the 7th Pay Commission.

  • Grade Pay: ₹4,800.

  • In-hand Salary: Approximately ₹70,000 to ₹80,000 per month, depending on the city of posting and applicable allowances.

  • Allowances:

    • Dearness Allowance (DA): As per government norms.

    • House Rent Allowance (HRA): Varies by city classification (X, Y, Z cities).

    • Transport Allowance (TA): As per government norms.
