Step 1: Visit the Official India Post Website

Step 2: Find the Notification

Step 3: Registration (if online mode)

• Open the application link given in the notification.

• Click “New Registration” and enter basic details:

  • Date of Birth

  • Mobile number

  • Email ID

  • Postal Circle / Unit you’re applying for

• You’ll get a Registration Number and Password/OTP on your mobile or email.

Step 4: Fill the Application Form

• Log in with your credentials.

• Fill in all required details:

  • Preference of post (LDC / PA) and circle/unit

• Upload scanned copies of:

  • Passport-size photo

  • Signature

  • Educational certificates

  • Age proof

• Pay fee online (if applicable) via:

  • Net Banking

  • UPI

Step 6: Submit and Print Application
