Ex-servicemen, LIC employees → as per rules.
Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
This is the key difference from Open Market candidates.
Preference is given to candidates with experience in marketing/insurance sales, especially:
LIC Agents with a proven business record.
LIC Employees (serving under Class III / Class IV) with a minimum number of years of service.
Other candidates with sales/marketing experience in financial products (insurance, banking, mutual funds, etc.).
