Steps to Apply

1. Visit the Official RRB Website

  • Go to the official website of the RRB for your region.

2. Look for the Recruitment Notification

  • On the homepage, navigate to the "Recruitment" or "Latest Notifications" section.
  • Find the Group D notification and carefully read it to check eligibility criteria, application dates, and other important details.

3. Click on the Application Link

  • Once you confirm your eligibility, click on the application link provided in the notification.
  • You will be redirected to the application portal.

4. Register Yourself

New users must complete one-time registration by providing:

  • Full Name
  • Date of Birth
  • Email Address
  • Mobile Number
  • Verify your email and mobile number through an OTP (One-Time Password).
  • Note your Registration ID and Password for future reference.

5. Fill Out the Application Form

  • Log in with your Registration ID and Password.

Complete the application form by providing:

  • Personal Details: Name, Date of Birth, Gender, Nationality, Address, etc.
  • Educational Qualifications: Class 10/ITI details, percentage, year of passing, etc.
  • Category Details: SC/ST/OBC/EWS (upload relevant certificates, if applicable).
  • Preferences: Select your preferred post and RRB zone.

6. Upload Required Documents

  • Upload scanned copies of the following documents as per the specified format:
  • Photograph: Passport-sized color photo (20–50 KB, JPEG format).
  • Signature: Scanned signature (10–40 KB, JPEG format).
  • Caste/Category Certificates: For SC/ST/OBC/EWS candidates (if applicable).
  • PwD Certificate: If applicable.

7. Pay the Application Fee

  • Pay the application fee online via Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, or UPI.

Application Fee Details:

  • General/OBC: ₹500
  • SC/ST/PwD/Ex-Servicemen/Women/EWS: ₹250

8. Submit the Application

  • Review all the entered details carefully.
  • Click on the "Submit" button to complete the application process.

9. Download and Save the Confirmation Page

  • After submission, download the application confirmation page and payment receipt for your records.
