1. Application Mode

  • Currently, there is no online application portal for Postal Accounts exams conducted by India Post.

  • All applications are submitted through the respective Divisional Office where the candidate is employed.

2. Steps to Apply

  1. Check Eligibility

    • Verify your eligibility as per the official notification: cadre, years of service, educational qualification, and age.

  2. Obtain Application Form

    • Contact your Divisional Office to obtain the official application form for the exam (AAO LDCE, SBCO Accountant, or other departmental accounts exams).

  3. Fill the Application Form

    • Complete all required details accurately.

    • Attach supporting documents:

      • Service Book copy

      • Educational certificates

      • Proof of current post and pay scale

  4. Submit to Divisional Office

    • Submit the completed application form along with attachments before the last date specified in the notification.

    • The Divisional Office verifies eligibility, service records, and forwards the application to the examination authority.

  5. Acknowledgment & Verification

    • Keep a copy of your submitted form and acknowledgment slip for reference.

    • Only verified applications are considered valid.

3. Important Notes

  • Deadlines: Applications must reach the Divisional Office before the deadline in the notification.

  • Verification: Incorrect or unverified applications may be rejected.

  • Notification Reference: Always follow the official notification for specific instructions.

Tip

  • Since there is no online portal, it is crucial to coordinate with your Divisional Office early to avoid last-minute issues.

  • Keep track of the official notification release date for updates on exam dates and application submission.
