Go to the official online application portal mentioned in the notification.

Click “New Registration” and provide:
Name, date of birth, mobile number, and email ID
Circle / state you are applying for
You will receive a registration number and password/OTP for login.
Log in with your credentials.
Enter personal details, educational qualifications, and communication address.
Choose the post(s) you are applying for – Postal Assistant and/or Sorting Assistant.
Upload scanned copies of:
Photograph (passport size)
Signature
Educational certificates
Caste / category certificate (if applicable)
Pay the fee online via debit/credit card, net banking, UPI.
Typical fee:
General / OBC / EWS: ₹100
SC / ST / PwBD / Women: usually exempted
Confirm payment and take a screenshot or receipt for reference.
Review all the information carefully.
Click Final Submit.
Take a printout or PDF copy of the submitted application and payment receipt for your records.
Admit cards will be released on the official portal only.
