Step 2: Find the Notification

  • Look for the recruitment notice named CEN (Centralized Employment Notice) for Ministerial and Isolated Categories (e.g., CEN 03/2023).
  • Download the official notification PDF and read it thoroughly to ensure you meet the eligibility criteria.

Step 3: Click on the Application Link

  • On the homepage of your regional RRB website, find the link for "Apply Online for Ministerial and Isolated Categories".
  • Click on the link to access the application portal.

Step 4: Register Yourself

  • New Users: Click on "New Registration".

Fill in basic details like:

  • Name (as per matriculation certificate)
  • Date of Birth
  • Mobile Number
  • Email ID

Once registered, you will receive a registration number and password via email and SMS.

Step 5: Complete the Application Form

  • Log in using your registration number and password.

Fill in the detailed application form with:

  • Educational qualifications
  • Post preferences

Upload scanned copies of:

  • Passport-size Photograph (in JPEG format; size 20–50 KB)

  • Net Banking
  • UPI

Fee Details:

  • General/OBC: ₹500 (₹400 refunded after appearing in CBT)
  • SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen/Women/Minorities/EWS: ₹250 (fully refunded after appearing in CBT)

Step 7: Submit and Print the Application

  • Review the details carefully before submitting.
  • Submit the form and take a printout of the application form and fee receipt for future reference.

Step 8: Check Application Status

  • After submission, you can log in to the portal to check the status of your application. This will confirm whether your application has been accepted.
