The Reserve Bank of India conducts the RBI Grade B exam every year to recruit suitable candidates in the common seniority group. Reserve Bank of India, being the central bank of India, is the father of all banks and working for this bank is an honor in itself.
RBI Grade B follows a similar syllabus to other bank exams. The RBI Grade B Preliminary or Phase 1 exam is characterized by four primary components which include English Language, Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, and General Awareness. The syllabus also has a portion in Finance and Management that evaluates the applicants’ understanding of bank practices, financial systems and linked management ideas.
