IBPS RRB Age Limit

  • Above 18 years - Below 30 years.
  • Candidates should not have been born earlier than 03.07.1990 and later than 30.06.2002 (both dates are inclusive)

IBPS RRB Qualification

The candidates must fulfil the prescribed educational qualification in accordance with the IBPS RRB eligibility. The IBPS RRB educational qualification differs in accordance with different posts. Take insights into the under-noted educational qualification for numerous posts before filling up the online application form.

  • The candidate should have a degree from a recognized University or its equivalent in any discipline.
  • Preference will be given to candidates holding a degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Cooperation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics, and Accountancy.
  • Proficiency in the local vernacular of the participating RRB is also required.
  • Computer knowledge will be the desired qualification.
  • There is no percentage barrier to applying online for IBPS RRB Officer Scale I and Office Assistant posts.

Language Proficiency Test

Candidates applying particularly for the posts of Officer Scale I  under IBPS RRB eligibility 2023 should be proficient in the local vernacular of the state from which they are applying. For the posts of IBPS RRB Officer Scale-I candidates who have already studied the local language of the State from which they are applying, in standard VIII or at any level above this in any Government acknowledged Boards of Education/ Schools or those who have any certificate to the effect for standard VIII or any level above standard VIII will be considered proficient in that local vernacular.
