Common Eligibility Requirements

• Educational Qualification: Graduation with a full-time degree such as B.E./B.Tech, M.E./M.Tech, MCA or MSc in relevant fields. 

• Minimum Marks / CGPA: Often a minimum of ~ 60% or 6.5 CGPA in 10th, 12th and graduation. Some drives specify ~65% or 6.5/7 CGPA. 

• Streams / Branches: For technical roles, engineering branches (CSE, IT, ECE, etc). Non-tech roles may allow other graduates too. 

• Backlogs / Active Arrears: Usually no active backlogs at the time of application/selection. 

• Education Gap: Many drives allow a maximum gap (often 1 year) between 10th and graduation; some specify that the graduation degree must have been completed within its stipulated duration. 

• Experience: For “freshers” drives it's typically 0–1 year of experience (or no prior experience). Some listings allow up to 11 months. 

• Citizenship / Work Eligibility: Candidates must be Indian citizens or hold appropriate documentation (OCI/PIO) if eligible. 

Important Notes & Variations

• The exact percentage cut-offs may differ depending on the role (Associate Software Engineer vs other levels).

• Some roles open to any degree (for non-technical tracks), while others explicitly require engineering/IT backgrounds. 

• Always check: Batch years (which passing years are eligible), location, role type, any service bond/training condition in the drive notice.

• Failing to meet any one criterion (e.g., education gap or backlogs) can result in disqualification even if other criteria are met.
