Step 1: Visit the Official KPSC Website

Go to the Karnataka Public Service Commission site:

Step 2: Open the “Apply Online / Online Application” Section

On the homepage, look for:

• “Recruitment”

• “Notifications”

• “Online Application”

• “Apply Now” link.

Click the link related to PDO Recruitment.

Step 3: Read the PDO Notification PDF

You will find a notification titled:

• “Panchayat Development Officer”

• “Group-C / RDPR Department”

Download the PDO Notification PDF and read:

• Eligibility

• Exam pattern

• Application dates

• Documents required

• Fee details

Step 4: Click “Apply Online”

Inside the notification page, you will find:
✔ Apply Online (New User Registration)
✔ Already Registered Candidate Login

Click New User Registration if applying for the first time.

Step 5: Register Yourself

Enter the required details:

• Full Name

• Date of Birth

• Mobile Number

• Email ID

• Aadhar details

• Address

Create a User ID & Password.

Step 6: Fill the Online Application Form

Login and fill:

• Educational Qualification details

• Category / Reservation details

• Address

• Exam centre preference

Ensure details match your documents.

Step 7: Upload Required Documents

Upload scanned copies:

• Passport-size Photo (JPEG/PNG – as per size mentioned)

• Signature

• Degree certificate

• Caste certificate (if applicable)

• ID proof

Step 8: Pay the Application Fee

Pay online using:

• Debit card

• Credit card

• Net banking

• UPI

Typical fee structure:

• General: around ₹600

• OBC (2A/2B/3A/3B): around ₹300

• SC/ST/Cat-1: around ₹50
  (Exact fee varies by notification)

Step 9: Submit the Application

After payment:

• Click Submit

• Download the Application PDF

• Save the Payment Receipt

Step 10: Keep a Printout

Take a printout of:

• Application Form

• Payment Receipt
  This is needed during Document Verification.
