Step-by-Step Application Process
Step 1: Visit the Official RRB Website
Go to the central website of Indian Railways:

Then click on “Railway Recruitment Boards” to find your regional RRB website (for example: RRB Mumbai, RRB Chennai, RRB Secunderabad, etc.)

Step 2: Find the Official Notification
On your regional RRB website, look for the section:
???? “Employment Notices” / “Latest Notifications” / “CEN” (Centralized Employment Notice)
Once the RRB Section Controller (SC) notification is released, you’ll see something like:
CEN No. XX/2025 – Recruitment for the post of Section Controller
Click on it to read full details such as eligibility, exam pattern, and application schedule.
Step 3: Click on “Apply Online” Link
After reading the notification, click the “Apply Online” or “Online Application for CEN XX/2025” link on the homepage.
This will redirect you to the online application portal.
Step 4: Register Yourself
You need to create a new account.
Enter:

Full Name (as per your 10th certificate)

Date of Birth
-
Mobile Number
-
Email ID
-
Aadhaar Number (if required)

Create a password and security question
✅ You’ll receive an OTP on your mobile/email for verification.
Complete verification to activate your account.
Step 5: Fill the Application Form
After login, fill all required fields carefully:

Personal details (Name, Father’s/Mother’s Name, DOB, Gender, Category)

Educational qualifications

Communication address
-
Preference of RRB zone and post (Section Controller)

Step 8: Preview and Submit
Before final submission:

Review all details carefully

Correct mistakes using “Edit Application” (if allowed)
Then click “Final Submit” and download the confirmation page.
Step 9: Print Application Form
After successful submission:

Download and print the application form & payment receipt

Note your Registration Number & Password (for admit card download)
