  • Total Marks: 100
  • Total Questions: 100 (1 mark each).
  • Duration: 90 minutes (120 minutes for PwBD candidates using a scribe).
  • Negative Marking: 1/3rd of the marks are deducted for each incorrect answer.

5. Subject-Wise Syllabus

Professional Knowledge:

  • Subject-specific questions related to the paramedical post applied for. (e.g., Nursing, Pharmacology, Radiography, Lab Technology, etc.)

General Awareness:

  • Current Affairs.
  • Indian Geography, History, and Constitution.
  • Economy and Railways.
  • Government Policies and Programs.

General Arithmetic:

  • Basic mathematics (Percentages, Ratios, Averages, Profit & Loss, Time & Distance).

General Intelligence & Reasoning:

  • Analytical reasoning, puzzles, coding-decoding, syllogisms, and series.

General Science:

  • Basic knowledge of Biology, Physics, and Chemistry (10th–12th level).

6. Document Verification and Medical Examination

  • Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates from the CBT are called for document verification.
  • Medical Examination: Candidates must meet the physical and medical standards required for the post.
